The IV "Silver Akbuzat" film-festival gathered contestants from 19 countries in Ufa. The contest program is composed of 48 movies. The festival is held by the Government of Bashkortosta and the Ministry of culture RB, and also the "Bashkortostan" film-studio. 

The cinematography stars welcomed the participants on the red carpet and moved to the gala opening concert at the Bashkortostan State Concert Hall. 

Organizers have got a greeting letter from the deputy Minister of culture Pavel Stepanov. 

"I am sure that this festival is going to me remarkable. Hopefully the contest program will be interesting. I wish you heartily joy and good luck!", - was told there.

The Interim Deputy Prime Minister Lenara Ivanova also welcomed the organizers and guests. She spore of the name of the Interim Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

"The cinematography of Bashkortostan is new-born. It is a great pleasure to see the folm-stars here in Ufa today. I wish you to open many new talents during this event", - she said. 

The concert program was held by the Fayzi Gaskarov Folk Dance Ensemble, the People's Artist RB Azat Aitkulov, the quintet of kurai-players from the Bashkir State Filarmonic K.Akhmetov, drum-show collective "Splash", instrumantlist Zainetdin, Ziliya Bakhtieva and Aigul Ibragimova. 

The winner will get 1 million rubles and a festival statuette of copper and silver and designed by Arslan Bikbaev and Salavat Ganeev. It symbolizes the mythical flying horse of inspiration called Akbuzat.
