The State Academic Russian Drama Theater of the Republic of Bashkortostan is preparing the premiere comedy "House for the Madmen".

To work on the performance, Italian artists were invited - director Paolo Emilio Landi and artist Santi Minieko. "House for the Madmen" is the fifth performance that was created in this creative tandem. On the stage of the Russian Drama Theater were also set "Venetian twins", "Noise behind the scenes", "Naples - the city of millionaires" and "Mean".

For the new production, the play of the Italian playwright Eduardo Scarpetta was chosen. The plot tells of a charming young man named Chicillo. He lives in a good boarding house in Naples, playing cards. A comfortable existence is provided to him by Uncle Felice from the small town of Roccasecca. Hoping that the nephew on the large sums of money sent to him not only received education and became a doctor, but also opened his clinic for the mentally ill, Felice Shoshamokka goes to Naples to see with his own eyes the successes of the dear Chicillo. The news of his uncle's arrival plunges the young man into a state of incredible panic. Where to get a house and at least fifteen crazy? The plan is born with lightning speed, but will it be possible to realize it as brilliantly?

The main roles are performed by the actor Damir Krotov and Honored Artist of Russia, People's Artist of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Latypov-Dogadov. People's artists of the Republic of Belarus Valery Grinkov and Tatiana Makrushina, honored artists of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Afanasyeva, Timur Garipov, Aigul Shakirova and Nikolai Richter, actors Sergei Pakhomov, Anna Burmistrova, Ilya Myasnikov, Grigory Nikolaev, Tatyana Achromenko and Pavel Belkov are busy in the production.
