Today in BSPU of M. Akmulla launched the federal project "Mentors: not close, but together." This is one of the important strategic social projects supported by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin (this initiative was approved at an expanded meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, held on July 21, 2016).
The project participants are persons under 23 years of age who are in a difficult life situation, including orphans and children left without parental care; graduates of institutions for orphans under 23; children with disabilities or special educational needs; children, who are brought up in substitute families and families in difficult life situations, and others.
The goal of the project is to promote socio-educational and socio-cultural inclusion of its participants, including by developing an individual educational route, increasing social competence and updating the life plan of the wards.
