A new center for supporting talented youth is being designed on the basis of the State concert hall "Bashkortostan". It is reported on the news agency "Bashinform". The creator of the project is the adviser to the Head of Bashkortostan on culture and art, the Honored Artist  of Bashkortostan Askar Abdrazakov. 

"It's a pity, that not every parent can provide good art education for their children. Some people can't afford buying musical instruments. The governments should support this kind of people.  We need to open new talents" - comments Mr.Abdrazakov. 

The chief of the State concert hall "Bashkortostan" Vildan Yarullin keeps up the conversation. He said that their area provides all the facilities for children to advance their possibilities. 

We have the experience for art teaching. Our students often win prizes in different competitions. We should fully use this experience" - he said.
