On January 22, the Bashkir State Philharmonic, named after the People's Artist and Honored Artist of the RSFSR, laureate of the Salavat Yulaev State Prize Khusain Akhmetov, hosted a concert dedicated to the maestro's birthday. This is an annual project that is held to popularize the songs, romances and suites of Khusain Faizulovich.

The National Orchestra of Folk Instruments of the Republic of Bashkortostan under the button of the conductor, Honored Artist of the RB Linar Davletbaev, soloist of the Philharmonic - People's Artists of the RB Radik Valmukhametov, Lilia Ishimyarova, Rushan Biktimerov, Rimma Amangildina, Artur Tuktagulov, Minzifa Iskuzhina, Honored Artist of the RB Rustam Shagbalov, as well as Flarida Irkina, Almas and Rafis Sirusiny, Gulshat Girfanova, Timur Ramazanov, Alisa Zhumagalieva, Salavat Mukhametyarov performed at the concert.

The audience warmly accepted the melodies of the “Sakmar nightingale”, familiar from childhood, as Khusain Akhmetov was called by the people.
